Hi, I’m Eugene Wunuh
Along with every other achievement, I am a pharmacist, Class of 2024, University of Port Harcourt.
I am not someone who just woke up and decided to teach marketing.
My marketing journey started over half a decade ago.
Within the period of 2016-2018, I took as many courses as I could afford, read as many books as I could get, attended dozens of webinars and read hundreds of articles on online marketing and advertising.
At this point, I was ready and I needed to put to practice the things I’ve learned.
In 2018, I took the leap, I created my account on Freelancer.com and started taking on small jobs.
At the time, it was about figuring things out, testing what worked and learning how to get results for clients.
By 2021, as more African freelancers began gaining global opportunities, I expanded to Upwork. The demand was growing, and so was my experience. I wasn’t just learning marketing— I was using it in real businesses, seeing what worked, what failed, and what actually brought in customers.
Over time, I began to network and consult privately and I worked across different projects:
- Helping businesses gain visibility online
- Improving how they presented their products
- Driving traffic from social media advertising and converting it into sales
It wasn’t theory. It was real-world execution.
Things were going fine and smooth until pharmacy school demanded more.
As the workload increased— lectures, laboratory sessions, clerkship, exams, etc— it became impossible to take on multiple clients at once. I had limited time, limited energy, and one growing realization.

That was the turning point.
Instead of working with a few businesses privately, I decided to do something different:

This decision led to the creation of Marketingschool.com.ng.
Built on over half a decade of hands-on experience in marketing and advertising, the goal is simple:
